We at The Mystical Garden try our hardest to create and ship your package fast so that our lovely customers can enjoy our products filled with love and intention as soon as possible ♥

Once we receive the confirmation of the order payment we'll start with the creating and packaging process so that we can ship it towards you ♥

 Import Duties, Taxes and Customs Fees

Orders shipped outside the European Union, including orders to the United States, may be subject to import duties, customs fees, tariffs, taxes, or other charges imposed by customs authorities or the shipping carrier in the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs charged at checkout.

All import duties, customs fees, tariffs, taxes, and any related charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. If applicable, the shipping carrier may contact the customer directly to collect these fees prior to delivery or at the time of delivery.

The Mystical Garden has no control over these charges and does not determine, collect, receive, or benefit from them in any way. These charges are determined by the customs authorities and/or shipping carrier in the destination country.

By placing an order with The Mystical Garden, the customer acknowledges and agrees that any import duties, taxes, tariffs, or additional charges are their responsibility. The Mystical Garden will not pay, reimburse, or be held liable for these charges under any circumstances.

Import duties, tariffs, customs fees, or taxes are not a valid reason for order cancellation, refund requests, or refusal of delivery once an order has been shipped.

If a shipment is refused by the customer due to unpaid import duties, taxes, tariffs, or other customs-related charges, The Mystical Garden reserves the right to deduct any return shipping costs, customs charges, carrier fees, and handling costs from any eligible refund, or to deny a refund if such costs exceed the value of the order.

Duration

The Mystical Garden ships packages with PostNL delivery service. The Mystical Garden is a one woman owned business, therefore it might take some time for you to receive your order. I try my best to ship your order as soon as possible. Keep in mind that your order is fully handmade with love and time by just one person, so it will take some time as I want each order to be made with intention and care.

Please note and understand! The processing time of your order can lead upto 1.5 months due to the high volume of incoming orders. If you want to place an order as a gift for a loved one, please contact me before you place an order to see if there is room at that moment for me to ship it sooner. As soon asyourorder is shipped you'll receive an e-mail with your Track & Trace for estimated arrival date and tracking information.

Return policy

Due to the nature of our products, I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact me via info@themysticalgarden.nl (with photos of the damaged goods) within 7 days.
